This policy covers what data Save Override collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Website

This site is hosted on BunnyCDN. BunnyCDN collects anonymized server-side traffic data: page views, referrer URLs, and approximate geographic region. No cookies are set. No client-side tracking scripts run. No personal data is collected by the website.

Product

Save Override — the desktop application — collects and stores:

• Account information: email address and password (hashed) for authentication.
• Save snapshots: copies of your game save files, packaged as versioned archives and uploaded to cloud storage.
• Snapshot metadata: game name, timestamps, file sizes, and version identifiers. Stored server-side to support browsing and restore.

Save Override does not collect telemetry, usage analytics, or crash reports.

Storage and security

• Save snapshots are stored in S3-compatible cloud object storage.
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
• We do not access, read, or share the contents of your save snapshots.

Your data

• You own your save data. Delete any snapshot from your account at any time.
• Deleting a snapshot removes it from your history. Underlying storage is garbage-collected after deletion.
• You can request full account deletion by contacting us at the address below.

Retention

• Account data and snapshot metadata are retained while your account is active.
• Snapshot blobs are retained while referenced by at least one account. Unreferenced blobs are garbage-collected.
• Deleting your account removes all associated data.

Third-party services

• BunnyCDN: website hosting and delivery (server-side analytics only).
• S3-compatible object storage: snapshot storage.

No data is shared with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Changes

We will update this page if our data practices change. Material changes will be announced on the blog.
